Full Day: Colorful Tour in the Palcoyo Mountain
- The other side of the Vinicunca valley of colors is located Palcoyo, where you can also appreciate a mountain with the colors of the rainbow.
Departure place
- Start the tour from the city of Cusco with the pick up from your hotel (city center)
- Pick-up times are from 4:30 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
- Days of operation: from Monday to Saturday
Itinerary
Day 1
Palcoyo Mountain of Colors Full Day
- For this tour we will start with the pick up at the hotel between 07:00 AM.
- Then we will go south of Cusco for an average of 2 hours and 30 minutes in our mobility.
- After the tour we will arrive at the town of Pitumarca where we will have a delicious breakfast.
- Then we will continue for 1 hour and 30 minutes to the foot of the mountain. Throughout the trip we can appreciate the landscape of the Andes and a variety of South American camelids.
- Upon reaching the foot of the mountain we will walk for 40 minutes until we reach the viewpoint, from where we can see 3 colored mountains and the stone forest. We will have 2 hours to appreciate and explore much of this beautiful place.
- Then we will return to mobility, to go to Pitumarca.
- Lunch will be in Pitumarca.
- Return to the city of Cusco.
