Health Protocol:

1. In accordance with the provisions of the Government through Supreme Decree No. 179-2021-PCM, as of December 10, all our travelers over 18 years of age must present their vaccination card, physical or virtual, with the full vaccination dose against Covid-19.

3. The use of a double mask will be mandatory throughout the trip, and can only be removed to consume food.
4. We recommend the use of the facial protector while inside the tourist unit.

  General conditions:

1. If the passenger does not show up on the day of the tour, they will lose 100% of their payment, it will be considered NO SHOW and they will not have the right to claim.
   
2. The boarding times and places may have some variation, which will be communicated up to one day before the tour.
   
3. All passengers must be at their boarding point up to 10 minutes before the established time.
4. The departure time is at the established time, we do not have tolerance time.
5. It is the passenger's responsibility to communicate with their guide in charge of the tour to board the tourist unit without any setbacks.
6. It is totally forbidden to board the tourist unit and/or take the tour in an intoxicated state or with symptoms of having ingested alcohol or other substances.
7. All passengers must carry their DNI, immigration card or passport for the excursion.
8. All minors traveling alone or in the company of people who are not their parents require an authorization from the father or mother certified by a notary.
9. The accommodation in the tourist unit is according to the order in which they arrive.
10. The times indicated in our itinerary are referential, so the order of the tour can be changed by our staff in charge of the excursion, if it is considered necessary for its best development.
11. During the tour, passengers must adhere to the schedule established by our staff in charge of the tour when visiting each place, otherwise we will not be responsible if other travelers request not to wait for the delay of others and continue with the excursion.
12. In the event of any unforeseen contingency presented during the trip, it is the passenger's obligation to obey the instructions of our staff in charge, otherwise it is their responsibility to ensure their safety and integrity. Neither will we make refunds or assume extra expenses that this action may bring as a consequence.
13. The travel agency is not responsible for reimbursement in the event that the passenger, for personal reasons or illness, does not attend or has to leave the tour, nor for medical expenses due to pre-existing illnesses or those that develop during the tour.
14. In case of climatic changes, the agency can take a contingency plan (alternate place to visit) or modify the order of the excursions for the best development of the tour.
15. The excursion is subject to cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions (rain, mudslides, overflows, etc.), strikes and/or demonstrations, social immobilization and any other cause that is not the responsibility of the company.
16. In case of not having contracted travel insurance, the client is responsible for any material loss or accident.
17. The company is not responsible for lost objects.
