Itinerary

Day 1

TRANSFER IN + CITY TOUR + 4 RUINS ALEDAÑAS

Pick up and assistance at the airport, transfer to the hotel.
Free morning.
1:00 pm - Pick up from hotel to start the Cusco City Tour: We will visit the Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor, the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha. You can enjoy the great stories that are told about all these traditional places in the city.
Then we will visit the 4 ruins next to the city of Cusco: Tambomachay (place for the cult of water), Puca Pucara (former military construction), Quenqo (one of the most important sanctuaries of the Incanato) and the Fortress of Sacsayhuaman whose construction took longer of seven decades and required the strength of some 20,000 men.
6:30 pm - Return to Cusco.
Overnight

Day 2

CUSCO - SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS

Breakfast at the hotel.
8:00 am - Pick up from the hotel to start the tour to the Sacred Valley, one of the main production points for the richness of its land and the place where the best corn grain is produced in Peru.
During the tour we will visit viewpoints of the valley, the Archaeological Center of Pisac (here inhabited the Inca Pachacútec) and its Artisan Market where bartering is still practiced.
Continuing we will arrive in Urubamba.
Buffet lunch with typical local food (Alhambra Restaurant).
Then we will visit the fortress and citadel of Ollantaytambo, located on top of a mountain.
In the afternoon we will visit the town of Chinchero "the city of the rainbow".
Transfer to Cusco (arrival approx. 7:00 pm ).
Overnight
Note: The traditional days to see the typical Pisac market are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Day 3

Full Day- Machu Picchu

Breakfast at the hotel.
Aguas Calientes: Departure to the train station to travel to Aguas Calientes (Expedition Train).
You will receive assistance from our staff upon arrival to board the Consettur bus to the Machupicchu sanctuary (approx 30 min).
Machu Picchu has been in the Unesco World Heritage Inventory since 1983; and since 07/07/2007, he holds the title of one of the 7 wonders of the modern world.
Guided tour: We will have a guided tour for approx. 2 hours. We will appreciate the Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock and the Royal Rooms.
After that you will have time for a free ride through the citadel and then return by bus to Aguas Calientes.
Buffet lunch (included - Rest. Mapi Hotel By Inkaterra).
Cusco: In the afternoon (at coordinated time) we will take the train back to Cusco.
Transfer to the hotel and overnight.

Day 4

Cusco - Transfer Out

Breakfast at the hotel.
At coordinated time: Transfer to the airport.
End of our services.
